About Pavey Angus

Here at Pavey Angus we are a small team that strives to breed quality black Angus stud livestock.

First established by owners Michael and Joanne in 2017 our stud has 30 breeders most of which are young heifers. We have a strong focus on calving ease, carcass quality and structural soundness using a mix of artificial insemination (AI) and embryo transfer (ET) along with the careful selection of our females. All of our figures are backed up with external assessments such as semen testing and structural assessments. Due to all of our livestock being run under commercial conditions we are able to ensure that natural growth and structural soundness will carry on through future breeding programs. As we are only a small stud we are continually around our livestock which has enabled us to create a herd of quiet and gentle breeders.

With continued commitment our focus remains on producing quality livestock with calving ease, natural growth and outstanding docility for years to come.
